Bad Wolf Theatre Company partners with Angel Performance Arts to run a range of drama classes and workshops for young people within North and West Yorkshire. Our classes are run by enthusiastic and experienced staff, which have run collectively for over forty years. Despite our long history, we've never wavered from our universal goal: to increase confidence and creativity through the art of performing.

Students  participate in character creation, role-play, improvisation, scripted work, vocal exercises, games and drama theory. Working with The Skipton & Craven Culture Company, we offer a variety of holiday workshops teaching various skills such as stage make-up, voice acting and street theatre at The Mart Theatre in Skipton. The Mart is also the home of our bi-annual productions, put together and performed by our students.

We have recently begun to offer Arts Award qualifications for students aged seven and above. These qualifications can be earned by students through their work with us in our classes. See our Arts Award page for further details.

As a not for profit organisation, we offer subsidised classes and assisted places for eligible students. This enables us to make our classes, workshops and events accessible to all young people. If you think you may be eligible for an assisted place to our classes or workshops please speak to your extended schools co-ordinator or head teacher who will contact us on your behalf.

Staff of Angel Performance Arts hold advanced CRB certificates and work together to uphold our child protection and anti-bullying policies. Unlike other drama schools in the area, there are no contracts to sign, no uniforms to purchase and no fees payable during school holidays.
